How do I try this new tool? I'll try to answer that in this post.

Download Visual Studio Community

Go to https://visualstudio.microsoft.com/downloads/ so you can download Visual Studio 2019 Community, a free full featured version of Visual Studio. If you have an already installed version you can skip this step. 

Once you download and start the installer, please select the following workload to be installed.

Click install and let the process finish. Once there you have two options to obtain the tool.

Option 1 - Downloading from the Marketplace

Make sure Visual Studio is closed and go to Visual Studio Marketplace and click download, once that is done open the downloaded file and follow through the prompts. This should install the tool inside Visual Studio.

Option 2 - Using Visual Studio

Open Visual Studio and select continue without code.

Once inside, go to the Extension menu, and click Manage Extensions.

Click Online and search for Safety so you can find the extension. After that click Download and it will ask you to restart Visual Studio when done.

This will install the extension and it will allow you to start right away. Please can follow the guide in this link to Create a Project.

Before you are able to use the extension it will ask you to register the trial. Please enter your information and click Request Trial. You should be good to go, please follow the documentation to explore all the functionality.
